10-Year Warranty Coverage

Olivet warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date this product is delivered to the original purchaser. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for the purpose for which the product is designed and does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to accident, misuse, improper care, or negligence. Like any other product, our warranty does not cover damages resulting from airline mishandling. If an airline damages your luggage, you should immediately file a claim directly with the airline.
